“With Snowplow and Braze, organizations can generate rich, accurate, complete behavioral data across their digital platforms, and use it to improve customer engagement through personalized, timely messages.” - Alex Dean, CEO, Snowplow
About Braze:
Braze is a comprehensive customer engagement platform that powers relevant and memorable experiences between consumers and the brands they love. Context underpins every Braze interaction, helping brands foster more human connections with consumers.
About Snowplow:
Snowplow is a Behavioral Data Platform (BDP) which creates, validates, and enriches event-level behavioral data for AI and advanced analytics applications. Our open-core technology enables you to gain a deeper understanding of your customers through granular first-party behavioral data.
Together:
Snowplow and Braze are decreasing the friction across internal teams by removing technology boundaries in order to deliver personalized user experiences. Data and marketing teams are no longer working in silos, but rather, they are united and optimizing the same behavioral data to power solve for a complete customer experience.
Snowplow and Braze work together in two ways:
The first, and most compelling, is by utilizing the Modern Data Stack. Snowplow collects and sends rich, accurate, and structured data to the data warehouse, which a reverse ETL tool can then operationalize back into Braze. In this case, your complete data from the warehouse allows for better behavioral signaling and therefore more effective campaigns in Braze.
The second way in which the tools work together is via Google Tag Manager Server-Side. With Google Tag Manager server-side running inside your own cloud account and granular configuration options, Snowplow offers you full ownership and visibility into every data transformation, while reducing client load.
On March 9th, leaders from Auto Trader, Braze, Hightouch and Snowplow will discussed the central role of the data warehouse and how Auto Trader uses a composable technology stack to democratize their data to bring engineering and marketing teams together in order to better address business needs. Watch the on-demand recording here.
