Working with our Talent Team

Did you know that the first Wednesday of September is Talent Acquisition Day? We did! This year we’ve spoken to some of our hiring managers and a couple of recent joiners to ask them how they feel about about our Talent Team and their role during the hiring process.

Greg Thomson / DevOps Engineer (candidate experience) – Throughout my application and interview process, Talent was a constant friendly face. They embodied Snowplow’s values and played a factor in my decision to accept the offer!

Daniela Howard / Head of Partner Marketing (hiring manager) – Working with an in-house talent team provides hiring managers the benefit of moving quickly. The talent team understands the company culture, needs and approval requirements. They provide assistance navigating tough situations and are always on-hand to answer and address questions or concerns.

Craig Mace / Engineering Manager (candidate experience)The recruitment process from initial contact right through to onboarding was excellent. Communication was regular, with any questions always greeted with enthusiasm and responded to efficiently. I immediately felt comfortable with the team and it was a big part of putting me at ease when deciding to join Snowplow.

Don’t just take our word for it; have a browse of our current roles and come have a chat with our wonderful talent team.
